  • Michael Jarrett is a Professor of Management Practice of Organizational Behavior at INSEAD, and the author of Changeability, a book on organizations’ capabilities and readiness for change. He is an expert in top management teams and strategic organizational change. He is also a board member of the Organization Development and Change Interest Group of the Academy of Management.

  • Michael’s research has appeared in leading academic journals and business publications and he speaks internationally on strategic organizational change and leadership. He has also held visiting academic roles at Wharton School of Management, and continues as a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Bath, School of Management.  

  • At INSEAD, he co-directs the Strategy Execution Programme, and is the Academic Director of INSEAD’s specialised Executive Masters in Change, a programme for those who seek to change organizations and their institutions. He has earned outstanding teaching awards in teaching executives and client-based programmes throughout his career in INSEAD and LBS.

  • Michael extends his practice with corporate clients through consulting, working with top management teams, and speeches at corporate events and conferences. He is also a founder of Nouveau Consulting which runs assessments, and simulations in helping companies with strategic changes and leadership development.
